Brackett Livestock is a 6th Generation ranch in SW Idaho that has been raising horses for over 120 years. We’ve raised registered quarter horses for almost 50 years and we are AQHA Ranching Heritage Breeders. Our ranch runs on extensive BLM and Forest Service permits and our horses get used in all aspects of ranch work; gathering cows, branding, sorting and re-riding in rough forest country. These horses have grown up outside and can travel, but we have put a lot of emphasis on disposition to have good working partners for a days work.
