Broodmare/Riding mare for rehome
Exceptionally sweet 6 yr 14.2 1/2 hand bay tobiano apha mare. She is the sweetest to be around and very gentle! Well halter broke/handled and great for farrier as well as green broke. Had about 40 rides early this year and been sitting since beginning of April. Has only had a couple rides since. She never offered ANY funny business in tacking up, stepping on, and going (even when started). She is going to make a super rider if someone decides to take her that direction, I wish I could! More forward moving so takes a good 10 minute warm up yet to soften her up good as she wants to be bracey for a good stop and back up. Wants to move laterally nice and will respond to some leg. This mare has never spooked at anything since I’ve had her! Really covers country and should have some cow with her freckles playboy and boon bar breeding. She is 6 panel negative and out of a buckskin QH sire so only hetero for tobiano. I bought her from her breeder and she has one foal with her prior to my owning. She’s great to load and take to the vet, doesn’t need sedated to get an ultrasound. She’s been in pasture with a herd so does have some small scratches/scars here and there but nothing for real noticeable.
She is confirmed in foal for May 1st to a 15.1+ hand solid APHA dunalino that goes to Hollywood dun it, rugged lark, rocket wrangler, Zips chocolate chip, and sugar bars. The stud is 5 panel negative. Both have good amount of bone to them, smooth big floaty movers, and lots of hair flare so the foal should be a looker.
