“Colonel Smooth Pep” is a 3 year old gelding sired by PEPPYS SMOOTH CAT & out of a SNIP OF COLONEL daughter. Sire is a money earner in NRCHA, NCHA, AQHA & Montana Stockhorse Futurities.

Full siblings have gone on to become money earners in both the roping & high school rodeo arenas.

This nice gelding goes by “Buster” around the barn, and has proven himself to be a good citizen who is very honest with time off. He currently stands at 14.2h & should finished around 15.1h at maturity.

“Buster” is very athletic, travels nicely out in the hills, will definitely watch a cow & he can really stop! He has all the makings of being an excellent prospect for your local reined cowhorse shows or becoming a nice rope horse. He is kind-eyed, very sensible, great with his feet & loads easy in the trailer. He is comfortable with ranch dogs & will ride out alone or in company.

Buster has been hauled to multiple arenas as well as rode out in open pasture & worked at the local sale barn. This gelding is definitely not a sleeper & will be a top contender for someone looking to get to the pay window!
